Learning & Development Intern

The Learning & Development Intern is responsible for assisting Landmark’s digital content team in the development of program materials to enhance the L&D/Safety brand awareness internally. This internship provides practical experience in content development, graphic design development, photo editing and cloud management. You’ll work alongside our experienced L&D team, building your skills in a practical, collaborative environment.

This internship will run from June 9, 2025 through August 8, 2025.

Reports to: Training Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties and responsibility are an outline and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the department change, your duties may be modified as needed.

• Work closely with the L&D team to support the creation and delivery of training programs and materials.
• Assist in podcast production and content development,
• Capture images of construction projects and construction related activities.
• Assist in photo editing and file management.
• Help gather feedback and track outcomes for training programs to assess and measure their effectiveness.
• Create a photo archive data base that makes it easy for retrieval of photos for creation of safety and graphic art materials.
• Develop PowerPoint slide deck shells for training programs.
• Develop AI powered training videos.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, offering updates and insights on assigned projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in graphic arts, photography, media design, communications.
  
  

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Photography, and graphic arts (Adobe Photoshop) skills area plus.
• Familiarity with content development tools is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about supporting others' growth and development.
