Learning & Development Intern
The Learning & Development Intern is responsible for assisting Landmark’s digital content team in the development of program materials to enhance the L&D/Safety brand awareness internally. This internship provides practical experience in content development, graphic design development, photo editing and cloud management. You’ll work alongside our experienced L&D team, building your skills in a practical, collaborative environment.
This internship will run from June 9, 2025 through August 8, 2025.

Learning & Development Intern

- Work closely with the L&D team to support the creation and delivery of training programs and materials.
- Assist in podcast production and content development,
- Capture images of construction projects and construction related activities.
- Assist in photo editing and file management.
- Help gather feedback and track outcomes for training programs to assess and measure their effectiveness.
- Create a photo archive data base that makes it easy for retrieval of photos for creation of safety and graphic art materials.
- Develop PowerPoint slide deck shells for training programs.
- Develop AI powered training videos.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, offering updates and insights on assigned projects.
- Currently pursuing a degree in graphic arts, photography, media design, communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Photography, and graphic arts (Adobe Photoshop) skills area plus.
- Familiarity with content development tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about supporting others' growth and development.
