Position Summary: The Residential Property Manager manages all aspects of a multi-owner portfolio of residential rental properties predominantly in the Whatcom County area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Promptly respond/follow up on tenant or property owner complaints and concerns ensuring quick resolutions to issues.
- Ensure periodic regular property inspections.
- Coordinate, schedule, and perform tenant move-in/move-out inspections.
- Responsible for the development of portfolio-related budgets for operating and capital expenses.
- Perform other duties as requested.

Experience Required
- Residential Property Management Experience: 2 years
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and internet
- Be willing to submit a criminal background check/reference screening
- Possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation and up-to-date insurance.
Education/Licenses/Certification/Formal Training
- A college degree is preferred but will accept less education with qualifying experience.
- Professional designation or certification preferred.
