Building Maintenance Technician

Landmark Recovery operates Residential Treatment Programs for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder.

Compensation:

$18-$22, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, E/O Weekend 8:30a-5:00p

Responsibilities:
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for building maintenance and upkeep of the outside grounds, parking lots, lawns, and gardens of the building.

The Building Maintenance Technician will:

• Assure that the facility is well maintained.
• Carry out work orders for small maintenance repairs.
• Manage facility grounds landscaping including, routine mowing, keeping the beds clean, and small trash pickup as needed.

Qualifications

• HS, GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with building maintenance and routine repairs.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred.
• Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential.
• Authorization to work in the US is required.
