In this specific role you will be responsible to:
- Process quotes for personal and/or commercial insurance
- Proactively manage client renewals, providing alternate options where appropriate
- Answer questions and respond to service requests regarding all types of commercial insurance
- Ensure that all clients are accurately entered and tracked in the Agency Management Systems
- Assist salespeople in preparing presentations, and supporting documentation
