We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support our project management team and ensure seamless project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
- Track and manage inventory, materials, and equipment required for construction projects.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, costs, and schedules to management.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating orders and deliveries with vendors.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed to support project teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in project coordination, construction, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions.
