We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our resort team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital storytelling, brand growth, and creative marketing strategy. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to help elevate our brand, boost online engagement, and support our events and hospitality offerings through strategic marketing efforts.
This is a part-time hybrid position, with a schedule of 4–6 hours per day, 5 days a week (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Starting pay: $15–$19 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing strategies across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth and brand enhancement
- Analyze performance data and translate into easy-to-understand reports and visuals
- Create and manage marketing content including graphics, short-form video, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with our team to promote upcoming events, seasonal campaigns, and resort amenities
- Assist with the development of printed materials, web content, and other promotional collateral
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends
- Experience with data analytics and digital marketing tools is a plus (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience in hospitality or event marketing is a bonus, but not required
