Landoll’s Mohican Castle is seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all major platforms. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to create high-performing content, and can effectively manage paid campaigns. You'll be the voice of the Castle online, working closely with our leadership team to boost engagement, drive bookings, and build our brand.
This is a part-time hybrid position, 4–6 hours per day, 5 days a week (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). 4 weekdays and every other Saturday/Friday evening
Starting pay: $15–$19 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and growth on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat
- Plan and execute social media content calendars, including video, photo, and story-based content
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns and Google Ads to drive web traffic, reservations, and event sales
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
- Analyze social media metrics and ad performance; provide regular reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the events and hospitality teams to promote specials, events, and Castle experiences
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in managing and growing social media accounts (1 year of experience minimum)
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, Twitter/X, and other platform-specific features
- Experience with Google Ads, analytics tools, and social media advertising
- Skilled in short-form video creation, content planning, and graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Express
- Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or event promotion is a bonus, but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
