Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Provide administrative support to the office manager or executive team.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in file management and organization.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is a bonus.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
