Job Responsibilities :
- Manages onboarding of newly joined accounts in our health portal including training and questions that arise throughout the client’s tenure.
- Oversees the configuration of all accounts including changes that need to be made based on approved workflows.
- Provides weekly status report to clients of unresponsive accounts and follows up with
- corresponding client contacts and escalates to internal stakeholders based on SOP.
- Serves as key contact for all related issues. Maintains knowledge of all processes and procedures associated with tools. Advises and consults with team on appropriate actions and processes related to outstanding request.
- Assists Management with special projects as needed.
