Position : Client Information Request (CIR) Analyst
Location : Synergy Laboratories, Mobile, AL 36619
Job Type : Full-Time, Onsite
What You'll Do :
As a CIR Analyst at Synergy Laboratories, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless client onboarding, configuration, and communication. Your responsibilities will include :
- Onboarding new accounts to iLab and Telcor functionalities, including training and ongoing support.
- Configuring accounts and implementing changes based on approved workflows.
- Providing weekly status reports on unresponsive accounts, following up with client contacts, and escalating issues to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Serving as the primary contact for related issues and consulting with the team to resolve outstanding requests.
- Assisting management with special projects to drive improvements and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring to the Team :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Technical experience in file management, imports, and extracts.
A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
Education Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Associate Degree (preferred).
