CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team at a leading machine and fab shop in Mobile. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, proficiency in Mastercam software, and will be responsible for creating precise and efficient programs per client specifications.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create, test, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining centers and lathes using Mastercam software.
• Review engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining processes, tools, and materials required.
• Troubleshoot and modify existing programs to improve efficiency and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with machinists and production staff to ensure accurate setup, tool selection, and part processing.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and provide feedback on machine performance.
• Document and maintain accurate records of programs, tooling, and machine setups.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in all aspects of operations.
