We’re seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with at least five years of experience to join a growing manufacturing team in Mobile, Alabama.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD / CAM files, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds to optimize performance.
- Conduct quality checks to meet tight tolerances and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues to keep production running smoothly.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to refine processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.
