Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist
The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

What you’ll be doing to make an impact :
- Monitoring healthcare claims to ensure timely processing.
- Gather medical records to send for review.
- Work weekly on outstanding AR reports.
- Read and understand medical policies.
- Work all health care claim denials.
- Complete patient appeals when necessary.
- Review medical records for medical necessity.
- Review patient accounts for adjustments and refunds.
- Take incoming billing calls from patients.
What you’ll bring to the table :
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of prior physician office billing experience is required.
