Member Service Representative
A well-established company in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Member Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to each member by accurately and efficiently performing all member transactions and handling daily calls quickly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities :
- Taking back-to-back inbound calls
- Navigating two monitors
- Assisting members with checking & saving account requests
- Quickly resolve needs while providing excellent service to account holders
