Patient Care Coordinator I (Scheduler)
The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator I (Scheduler) to relay the most positive and professional image possible to patients visiting this growing practice.
Job Responsibilities :
- As a team, managing 400 inbound / outbound calls daily with other schedulers
- Answer patient’s questions in a professional, polite manner, effectively communicate Imaging Prep
- Schedule patients for diagnostic scans using our practice management systems
- Being able to maneuver several systems ActiveFax, Order Facilitator, Emails, Calls, and Teams Messages
