Renalus Center for Kidney Care is seeking a dedicated, full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our compassionate and skilled team. As a company committed to enhancing kidney care within our community, we take pride in providing the latest advancements in treatment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This position plays a critical role in supporting our physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional care for our patients.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Applicants will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting all patients and visitors.
- Manage patient check-ins for scheduled appointments.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
- Process payments, including copays, co-insurance, and past due balances.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed.
- Obtain additional medical information for new and existing patients.
- Scan and upload documents into the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Coordinate with patients to ensure all necessary tests and referrals are completed prior to appointments.
- Prepare patient charts in advance of scheduled visits.
- Maintain operational efficiency by adhering to company policies and procedures, and report necessary changes or improvements.

Travel Requirements
- Occasional local travel (no overnight travel required).
- Mileage reimbursement provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
