The Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) will provide exceptional patient care and efficient administrative operations at our therapy practice. The PCC is responsible for handling phone communications, assisting with patient check-in and check-out, insurance verifications, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the clinical team with data entry and charting tasks
- Communicate with patients about their status and condition via email, phone, and in-person
- Manage patient accounts, including contact information, insurance, and financial information, confidentially
- Schedule patient visits and answer questions related to billing and preparation
- Ensure services comply with state and federal regulatory requirements
- Generate and manage various reports
