Responsible for maintaining payroll information and updating payroll records. Prepares reports, determines payroll liabilities, and resolves payroll discrepancies. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations.

- Manage the bi-weekly multi-state payroll process ensuring all employees are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and company established policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a strong “customer service” attitude to expertly answer all payroll related questions and work proactively with other staff to resolve complex issues
- Perform fiscal and calendar year end processing, including W-2’s, payroll deductions, tax liabilities and reporting requirements
- Performs special payroll processing and tax support for relocations and military leave adjustments.
- Responsible for setting up employee in payroll system
- Forms Processing (New Hires, Tax Forms, Status Changes, Terminations, Etc.)
- Audit Payroll Reports and Invoices
