Restaurant Systems Specialist
The Restaurant Systems Specialist supports restaurant software, including POS systems, online ordering, in-store applications, and third-party integrations. Responsibilities include programming multiple Point of Sale systems, troubleshooting, and remote support to ensure operational efficiency. Strong technical and communication skills are essential, along with a customer service focus. Preferred experience in restaurant hospitality. Duties also involve maintaining POS databases and translating user needs into technical specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Manage menu items and pricing across POS systems
- Support various in-store systems and third-party integrations
- Provide remote troubleshooting and operational support
- Assist in installing and maintaining restaurant systems
- Offer rotational on-call support during evenings and weekends
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and system support
