We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting assistant to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in various office management tasks.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including customer service with clients, answering phones and greeting guests with professionalism, courtesy, and tact.
- Assist in accounting tasks such as A/P, A/R, invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciliation.
- reviews customer billing statements, invoices and similar documents for accuracy.
- Assist with customer payments, vendor and customer account questions.
- Support sales tasks such as coordinating schedules, processing sales leads, preparing reports.
- Handle budgeting responsibilities, including tracking expenses and various supply inventory.
- Support HR functions including timecard reporting, event planning, new hire orientation, company uniforms

Requirements include:
- High School Diploma/or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Minimum 1 year previous Bookkeeping or Accounting experience, required.
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel skills preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
