What We're Looking For:
STRONG A/R and A/P skills with solid CAM experience.
Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
Minimum of three years’ experience as an Accounting Assistant or Assistant Manager in a commercial setting.
Superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Advanced computer literacy; proficiency in Excel is a must.
Experience with Yardi software is highly desirable.
High school diploma/GED required.
Excellent comprehension, writing, and interpretation skills for instructions, reports, and correspondence.
Ability to ask clarifying questions to ensure complete understanding.
Must be tech-savvy.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files, including insurance certificates and lease abstracts.
Collaborate with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile a maintenance items list.
Maintain strong tenant and vendor relations.
Open work orders, coordinate with vendors, and monitor the status of assigned tasks.
Assist in preparing CAM dues, invoices, and related correspondence.
Coordinate accounts payable and receivable.
Code invoices for payment, enter invoices into the accounting system, and forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
