The Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Landscape Crew Member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to implement and maintain sustainable landscape designs that prioritize native plants and ecological health. This position offers ample opportunities for job training, education, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to execute landscape designs and maintenance plans that focus on native plants and ecological principles.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of garden beds, plant identification, and tree planting.
- Support the construction of patios, retaining walls, boulder walls, ledge stone steps, and stormwater management systems.
- Engage in proper pruning practices and operate heavy equipment safely.
- Participate in ongoing job training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and sustainability.
