Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. This role involves supervising a team of groundskeepers, managing landscape projects, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Driving team members to job locations.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep.
- Train team members in proper groundskeeping techniques and safety protocols.
- Plan and execute landscape installation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Texas DL.
- Experience in driving trucks with trailer. 2-3 years experience required.
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping, with a strong understanding of horticulture practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of landscape design principles, including plant selection and garden maintenance techniques.
- Experience in lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilization, and pest management.
- Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning, planting, and disease management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing conditions on-site.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members alike.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
