Purchasing Assistant
General Description:
Purchasing Assistantis an administrative position at Landscape Development Inc. (LDI) and will provide support to Purchasing Agents.
Essential Job Functions:
The primary roles and responsibilities performed by the Purchasing Assistant are:
· Review and process purchase orders at the direction of Purchasing Agents
· Assist with discrepancies with invoice and Purchase orders by investigating and revising the purchase order
· Assist with receiving purchase orders in Netsuite
· Research vendors to use in various regions
· Monitor receiver email inboxes
· Send out weekly receiver report
· Ensure purchase orders are filled out with accurate pricing
· Reconcile back orders and missing or rejected plant material
