We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The job will entail supporting the company operations with a range of activities including facilities management, freight shipping, filing, and answering phones. Additionally, the job will entail Government Contract processing and bidding.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing calendars as needed
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees
- Assist with project coordination and support various departments as required
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft and QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
