Landscape Services, Inc. is looking for a detail oriented and self motivated individual to support our team. This role involves general administrative duties, including answering phones, assisting accounts receivable and accounts payable, filing and copying.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Office filing
Run reports for accounts receivable
Assist office staff with spreadsheets
Order supplies
Make hotel reservations when needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Strong organizational skills
Good Phone Etiquette and communication skills
Ability to Work Independently and handle confidential information
Valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
