What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mowing Team Leader position at Landscape Solutions LLC?
We are seeking experienced, full-time, year-round Team Leaders to join our team!
We are one of the most successful, fastest growing companies in the landscape services industry. Come be a part of our growth! Our portfolio consists of commercial and large HOA properties. You will be responsible for working in a team environment daily with 3-4 team members.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure needs and expectations of our clients are being met
- Carry out scheduled services as needed in order to meet expectations in an environmentally sound and safe manner
- Ensure proper procedures, paperwork and documentation are followed according to company policies and state regulations
- Be able to adjust daily schedule to ensure optimal efficiency
- Operate and help maintain new, top of the line trucks, trailers, and equipment
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years previous experience in landscape or related fields preferred; supervisory experience desired
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Valid Indiana Drivers License with good record
- Familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping
- Able to handle the physicality of our work (lifting 50-80 lbs consistently, adverse weather conditions, extensive walking)
