About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Landscaping team at Landscape Workshop. In this critical position, you will oversee the management of our portfolios and ensure that all clients receive exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate daily operations, including crew assignments, equipment needs, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns through regular site visits and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and manage project budgets and estimates.
- Conduct regular status updates with crew leaders and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of team hours, expenses, and sales performance.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
