About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the golf shop, including registering golfers for tee times, checking in customers, taking payments, and assigning golf carts. Additionally, they will assist members and customers with merchandise questions, cash out transactions, and maintain accurate logs.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining a high level of customer service, which includes communicating effectively, being solution-oriented, and adhering to company standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service position and possess strong communication skills.
The Golf Shop Attendant will also be responsible for stocking, tagging, and displaying merchandise on the golf shop floor, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and provide support during tournaments and events.
