What It Takes
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, chain saws, sod cutters, and powered equipment like mowers, skid loaders, and Dingos.
- Leadership skills to guide a crew of 2–4 team members in completing maintenance or installation projects.
- Physical stamina to lift 40 pounds repetitively, climb ladders and stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
What You’ll Do
- Use hand and power tools to perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and construction of hardscapes and retaining walls.
- Lead a crew in performing weekly grounds maintenance or installation of patios, fireplaces, softscapes, and other outdoor features.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Landscapes Unlimited’s high-quality standards.
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously, representing the company's values.
