We are looking for an experienced Landscape Design & Build Crew Foreman to join our team and help lead the successful completion of hardscape and landscape projects.
What It Takes
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Extensive experience with hardscaping, including boulder walls, pavers, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape construction elements.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machinery, such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and loaders, for excavation and material handling.
- Leadership skills to guide and manage a crew in completing hardscape and landscape installation projects.
- Physical stamina to lift 40 pounds repetitively, climb ladders and stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
