About the Role:
We are hiring an Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team! This position will allow you to bring your 10 years of construction estimating/project management experience to take ownership of impactful projects. You’ll estimate costs, oversee project execution, and lead teams to success while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Estimate & Plan: Analyze project plans, specifications, and job site conditions to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Highway Heavy and utility experience strongly desired.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and methods to maintain competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and mentor staff to foster a positive, safe, and productive environment.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors for long-term partnerships.
Who You Are:
- 5 Years of Experience: For mid-level professionals ready to grow and take on more responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in construction software for estimating, scheduling, and job costing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
