What You’ll Do
As a Fence Sales Representative, you will:
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their fencing needs.
- Educate customers on our premium products and installation process.
- Provide accurate estimates and customized solutions to fit client budgets and preferences.
- Follow up with leads to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent the Landworks Fence brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related fields. Must be Ok with being rejected.
- Self-Motivation: A driven personality with the ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based role.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and projects simultaneously.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic estimation tools (training provided).
