The Health & Human Services Administrative and Finance Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in Lane County’s largest department. As the Division Manager for the Health & Human Services Administration Division, you’ll oversee a wide range of critical functions, including :
- Managing and ensuring compliance with complex funding sources and Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Providing expert guidance to staff, Division Managers, and Executive Leadership on financial matters.
- Leading the financial stewardship of an annual budget exceeding $200M.
- Overseeing a team responsible for developing and monitoring revenue and expense contracts within a large, subcontracted service delivery system.
- Directing core fiscal operations such as accounts payable / receivable, annual audits, budget preparation and tracking, payroll, and grant compliance and reporting.

About the Division
The Lane County Health & Human Services (H&HS) Administration Division provides leadership and supportive services to the eight direct service divisions of H&HS, coordinating an integrated system of health and human services. The division is responsible for providing department wide leadership, strategy, contracting, personnel and fiscal services.
