Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Service can
include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
