We are seeking a Mail Data Specialist to work as part of our Publisher Services team. The team owns and manages a set of customer accounts. Within this team, the Mail Data Specialist is responsible for processing incoming customer mail files according to internal procedures and postal requirements. Shift: 8am-4pm. Pay rate: Commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze distribution estimates for individual customers.
- Monitor daily schedules for the team’s assigned customers to track the arrival of distribution files.
- Perform multiple processes to prepare and generate electronic mail files, ensuring that all postal specifications are met.
- Load customer mail files on server to prepare for binding.
- Prepare job-specific materials for production, including labels, placards, and tags.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 years working in a list services/mailing role
- Advanced aptitude with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard PC software systems and electronic transfer systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
