About the position: Installation Coordinator
Elevated Industrial Solutions is looking for an Installation Coordinator. This position will be based out of Fountain Inn, South Carolina and will support our Installation team, and will report to the General Manager. Our ideal candidate must be a detailed, customer service-oriented person with experience in piping and/or plumbing materials.
What you’ll do in the role
- Working with Project Manager to identify parts required for installation quoting purposes.
- Working with vendors to confirm parts and materials pricing, and availability, for quoting purposes.
- Completing estimate sheets and putting together a formal quote that will be reviewed with Project Manager for accuracy of Scope of Work, then will be provided to the associated account manager of the project site.
- Handling procurement of needed parts and materials, proactively, to align with installation schedule.
- Maintaining an up-to-date schedule for all installation projects and reviewing with Project Manager and General Manager daily.
- Compiling receipts, calculating labor used, and verify costing for all materials purchased and used on an installation project and provide a summary to Office Manager within 48 hours of project completion.
- Maintain proper inventory control for all installation materials. Including weekly cycle counts to confirm accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year’s experience with piping and/or plumbing materials.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Ability to multitask and stay on schedule during multiple projects.
