  • Our client is looking for a Front Office Receptionist who is able to be the "nucleus" of the office. The ideal candidate is a people person, who naturally is able to make others feel welcome. S / he will be the first person for both clients and colleagues interact with upon entering the office. The ability to easily identify and address small, large, fun, and not-so-fun tasks. The office vibe is friendly and professional.

    Responsibilities

    • Interacting with leadership, internally and externally
    • Welcoming guests to the office
    • Schedule, prepare and coordinate with team for on-site meetings
    • Coordinate and assist the administrative team
    • Maintain the condition of the office, including working with building management, liaising with vendors
    • Calendaring for team in Microsoft Office
    • Back-up other Administrator team as needed
    • Ad hoc tasks as needed
    • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • 2 years Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Strong communication skills, written / verbal
    • Self-directed and able to work without a lot of supervision
