PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Masonry Foreman supervises a crew of skilled employees to successfully complete assigned residential and small commercial masonry projects efficiently and safely.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site.
- Supervise, train, and organize a crew of skilled workers.
- Prioritize tasks and monitor work quality.
- Read and follow project plans, material lists, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular tailgate safety meetings and enforce all safety policies.
- Work alongside the crew to install masonry.
- Operate construction lifts and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Submits crew member time sheets into payroll by deadline.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven masonry experience required.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
