We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with basic HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires and employee relations.
  • Assist in processing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in tracking outstanding payments, issuing invoices, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
