Job Summary

Langan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and will partner with the firm’s employees and leadership, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys and other consultants to drive the firm’s growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively prepare, assist with, and track proposals, statement of qualifications, requests for quotations and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;
• Compose, edit, and create graphic material and prepare staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs and other reports;
• Coordinate, track, and support the firm’s business development/marketing activities;
• Prepare and complete 330 standard federal forms;
• Assist in the coordination of trade shows and special events;
• Design schedules and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to ensure success of meeting deadlines;
• Attend networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; and
• Perform other duties as requested.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required;
• Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry preferred;
• Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills;
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
