  • Double-check bottling reports and resolve inconsistencies.

Logistics & Planning

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Scale House with support from the Winemaker.
  • Weigh inbound and outbound loads of grapes, wine, and juice with accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international shipments.
  • Work with freight forwarders to manage scheduling, reservations, and documentation.
  • Ensure regulatory documents are complete and accurate for all wine movements.
  • Audit shipping and receiving records to verify volumes and IDs.

Compliance

  • Apply wine industry regulatory knowledge across all duties.
  • Maintain compliance with the Bioterrorism Act and FDA requirements.
  • Prepare and file export documents for international shipments.
  • Track winemaking inputs and lots in AMS to ensure recall readiness.
  • Keep our inventory database aligned with actual on-site stock.
  • Regularly communicate compliance updates with relevant teams.
  • Conduct monthly audits and resolve any discrepancies in bulk wine records.
  • Maintain accurate data for 702 Reporting in our tracking system.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant college coursework in Enology, Viticulture, or related field.
  • Winery production experience and strong knowledge of winery operations.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends, especially during harvest (Aug–Dec).
  • Understanding of wine industry compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • A collaborative attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Flexibility to support team needs across varied hours.
  • Ability to stay cool and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Why You'll Love Being Part of the LangeTwins Family:

  • Family-owned and operated—we treat each other with respect, care, and a shared purpose.
  • Deep-rooted commitment to sustainability, from the vineyard to the bottle.
  • Collaborative culture where your work has meaning and impact.
