Key Outcomes Expected
- Quickly and professionally answer all calls coming into the corporate switchboard, transferring accurately to the appropriate party.
- Provide a courteous and professional greeting to all incoming visitors – customers, vendors, job applicants, or other guests – ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel. Per TSA trained guidelines, ensure that no one entering the front door is allowed beyond the reception area without a proper escort, etc.
- Receive and sort all incoming mail; send out-going mail with appropriate postage.
- Interact with all delivery personnel to ensure that packages, letters, and other materials are properly received or rejected as per TSA trained guidelines.
- Schedule the various company conference rooms as requested.
- Provide clerical and/or task related assistance on an as needed basis.
- Establish and promote positive communication within Langham internal departments to increase collaboration and reduce inefficiencies.
- Respond to e-mails and voice mails in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance to other department managers on projects as requested.

Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Prefer previous experience in a comparable position.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to work proficiently with computers and other office equipment. Work is performed in an office environment that may involve sitting for long periods of time.
