We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our market presence by developing and closing new business opportunities. Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
- OTE: $100,000 (Bonuses & Commission)
- Bonuses:
- $50 for each monitored alarm system sold
- $270 for each cloud membership for CCTV and access control systems sold
- $100 for each service/maintenance agreement sold
- Commission:
- 10% on equipment profitability for installation work (labor excluded), capped at $5,000 per sale
- Bonuses and commissions are calculated and paid monthly upon customer payment
