Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line and QA evaluation processes Conduct quality evaluations of interpretation sessions and maintain interpreter profiles Support the Interpreter Network by resolving inquiries and providing feedback on performance
Required Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency Experience in office administration and/or client service Preferred experience in interpreting and/or quality control Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to type 30 WPM or more
