Description
A nonprofit is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to assist with Human Resources administrations, training programs, HR onboarding support, benefits coordination, workers’ compensation claims support, and other HR tasks. On site.
Responsibilities:
· Manage onboarding processes ensuring a collaborative approach to meet the organization’s urgent hiring needs efficiently.
· Provide support for medical benefits enrollment and assist staff with ongoing benefit-related processes.
· Collaborate with the Risk and Development (RD) team to process new workers’ compensation claims and manage any open claims.
· Ensure all staff receive monthly assignments for their designated safety courses through the Vector system.
· Collaborate with the Deputy Director to verify that the assigned topics align with the specific responsibilities and risks associated with each division’s job functions.
· Undertake tasks to support organizational needs.
Requirements
· 1-2 years of human resources & related experience.
· Knowledge of human resources rules and regulations.
· Highly proficiency in MS Office applications, the Internet, and HRIS systems.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion at all times.
· Ability to meet deadlines and professionally maintain composure.
Salary : $28 - $33
