Seeking a stellar Office Assistant Manager to run a small office. Experience answering phones, correspondence, preparing bids, and administrative tasks. Good computer skills and Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and transfer telephone calls to appropriate person;
- Greet customers;
- Maintain and order in-house office supply inventory;
- Prepare correspondence for management & sales department;
- Type & distribute employee memos;
- Fold & stuff invoices;
- Provide clerical assistance and data entry in all aspects of operation
- Complete special projects for administration;
- Prepare and present bids;
- Enter supply and service request for customers;
- Inventory projects;
- Other Administrative duties as necessary
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Excel, Word) 10-Key
- Good typing skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to take Initiative
- Works well with others and independently
- Ability to multitask and effective time management
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with landscape routing software a plus
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
