Job Summary 

LanguageBird is seeking a dynamic and customer-driven Admissions Advisor to drive the sales of LanguageBird’s Admissions Department, providing outstanding service to parents, school administrators, counselors, and students. The ideal candidate will have an educational background with experience in sales, admissions, and/or customer service. The Admissions Advisor will often be the first impression a potential customer has of LanguageBird and we are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic, engaging, and proactive. 

This role plays a critical part in the sales pipeline, with a focus on timely and strategic outreach, accurate tracking of lead activity, and ensuring seamless, high-quality customer experiences from initial inquiry through enrollment, and to re-enrollment. The Admission Advisor will work closely with the Admissions and Outreach Department and school leadership to meet and exceed enrollment targets and enhance the organization’s reputation for exceptional service and student satisfaction.  

 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure timely follow-up with all leads and consistent movement through the sales pipeline funnel from inquiry to enrollment, and similar movement for customers through the re-enrollment funnel.
  • Make outbound calls and emails to leads who have expressed interest in LanguageBird to accurately explain program offerings, advise on suitable options based on student needs, and support them through the enrollment process. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service through responsive, high-touch engagement with prospective families and contacts. 
  • Collaborate within the Admissions and Outreach Department to achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, school administrators, counselors, and educational organizations. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HubSpot records and provide weekly activity reports and pipeline forecasts. 
  • Analyze trends in the admissions pipeline and offer recommendations to improve conversion and customer experience. 
  • Coordinate and support B2C and B2B outreach events such as webinars, virtual information sessions, and on-site school visits and conferences.
  • Ensure the enrollment experience is consistent, smooth, and aligned with LanguageBird’s commitment to excellence. 
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, education, or equivalent work experience required
  • Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States. 
  • Experience in sales, admissions, customer success, or educational outreach required.
  • HubSpot (CRM) experience strongly preferred.  
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings/weekends for meetings or events.  
  • Passionate about education and language learning. 
  • Bilingual and/or experience with language programs a plus.  
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.  
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve processes.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.  
  • Must be able to travel by air or motor vehicle to conferences, trainings, and meetings as needed/required.

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
