Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones
- Scan source documents and print client tax returns
- Assist in preparing client tax returns
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks and preparing bank and account reconciliations
- Payroll data entry
Skills
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Knowledge of general accounting practices is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
