Parts Advisor | Beaverton INFINITI | WEEKLY PAY

Beaverton INFINITI is looking for experienced parts professionals. We are growing and in need of the right people to fill these positions.  If you have experience with Nissan, INFINITI and/or CDK, step to the front of the line!  You will work closely with our service team to provide excellent customer service to our customers. You will greet them and determine what parts they need for their service, and process payments for purchased items. You will also oversee the inventory, unpack materials and document each shipment to ensure inventory.Position is onsite, full time, five days per week (will include Saturdays). Bilingual skills (Spanish) is a plus. Excellent earning potential, full benefits.   THE IMPRESSIVE BENEFITS & PERKS THAT MAKE US A GREAT CAREER DESTINATION   WEEKLY PAY Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy – an industry leader in benefit offerings (employer pays more than 80% of the employee-only premium, and a significant portion of family coverage) Income replacement insurance (short- and long-term disability), critical illness, accident, life, and more Paid time off (start accruing on day one) Take your Birthday off (BirthdayAway) Employee purchase plan (vehicles, motorcycles/ATVs, service, parts, apparel, gear, and more) Employee assistance program Company-paid life insurance Flexible spending plan or health savings account; daycare spending plan Top rated 401(k) w/employer match Years of Service Awards (be rewarded for your loyalty and longevity) Pet insurance discount programs Plus more   WHAT YOU'LL NEED At least one year of automotive dealership parts experience required (those without will not be considered) At least one year of direct, customer-facing customer service experience with related computer skills CDK experience a strong plus Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude A smile on your face and in your voice at all times Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays Exemplary punctuality and attendance Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening (if a chosen candidate) Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Current/Valid driver's license WHAT YOU'LL DO   Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers Pull and fill orders from stock Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders, if necessary Notify the service advisors and the customer when special ordered parts have been received Follow up on back-ordered parts Verify will-call and back-order files Replenish assigned inventory daily Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization Be trained on wholesale Ensure that all charge sales are signed by the customer Issue credit for parts returned; ensure that the original invoice, or its number, is available to verify purchase and pricing Issue and track requested shop tools to technicians Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered Other tasks as requested This job posting in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this role.Beaverton INFINITI - a better way to work ™  Feel proud about the organization you work for and get great benefits too! 60 years and still going strong!
